A 12-week structured Korean course: 36 sessions of written lessons with audio, a weekly progress form, checkpoints every fourth week, and, depending on your plan, voice feedback from your teacher.

We also sell digital textbooks on their own (PDF plus online lessons, one-time payment) and a TOPIK writing correction pack (5 answers, billed through PayPal). Books include no teaching.
No refunds once access starts. All plans and books give you immediate access to digital materials, so payments are not refunded after purchase. Try week 1 of Self free, and read a free sample lesson and a 5-page preview of any book, before you pay.
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time so you are not charged again. The period already paid for stays open until it ends.
Self is 12 weeks of access. Your access starts on the day you pay and ends 12 weeks later. The app shows a D-day countdown. When the 12 weeks are over, the online lessons close; your progress is kept, and you can start a new 12 weeks to continue. A book PDF you have already downloaded stays yours.

Course materials. Under Korean e-commerce law the right of withdrawal can be limited for digital content once delivery has begun. Access to the app, the lessons and the audio begins as soon as you pay, so purchases are not refundable. If a payment was taken twice, or the materials never reached you and we cannot fix it, write to us and we will make it right.
Digital books — no refunds. Our textbooks sold on their own (PDF plus online lessons) are digital downloads. You can check each book before buying with a free sample lesson and a 5-page preview. Because a download cannot be returned, digital books are non-refundable once purchased, and the 14-day guarantee does not apply to them. You will be asked to confirm this at checkout.
We still refund a book in full if the file does not open or never reached you and we cannot fix it, or if you were charged twice by mistake — email us within 14 days.
Downloaded PDFs, reports and feedback you received are licensed to you personally, for your own study, for as long as you like — including after you cancel. Online lessons in the app stay open only while your plan is active. You may print them and keep them.
You may not resell, republish, or share them with people who have not paid, and you may not use them to teach a paid class of your own.
Voice notes you send for feedback are used only to give you that feedback and are deleted within 90 days.
We do not guarantee a specific level, exam score, or timeline. Progress depends on the work you put in. The 12-week forecast in your diagnosis is a rough estimate, clearly labelled as such.
If we change these terms, we email you at least 14 days before the change affects you. If you do not accept it, cancel before then and you will not be charged again.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country.
